Glad Blooper is an enemy found on Vibe Islandin the game, Super Princess Peach.

This enemy is even more annoying then aregular Blooper, because Glad Blooper swims around randomly. It takes careful navigation to avoid it...

According to the game's Glossary, Glad Blooper is "A laid-back enemy that swims happily in the water."
