Toad Balloon Run! is a mini-game found in all worlds from New Super Mario Bros. Wii. The goal of this mini-game is to collect eight Toad Balloons to release a treasure that contains a Toad in it that will give you three Mushrooms. This mini-game is played at some point of the map where a enemy is found. In World 6 and 8, the player can play this mini-game infinite times.
