Elephant Mario is the form that Mario takes on when he touches a currently unnamed red and white fruit that resembles an elephant.
History
Super Mario Bros. Wonder
Super Mario Bros. Wonder introduces Elephant Mario. It was first revealed during the first trailer for Super Mario Bros. Wonder in a Nintendo Direct that was livestreamed in June 2023. Near the end of the trailer, Mario punches a ? Block containing the unnamed elephant-like fruit, and transforms into Elephant Mario upon touching it. Elephant Mario is able to defeat some enemies with ease, as this was seen in the trailer when he defeated a resting Goomba by simply walking into it.
