Do the Mario was the ending theme to the The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!, which Mario (portrayed by Captain Lou Albano) performed "The Mario" dance and sang a song to the tune of the Super Mario Bros. main theme explaining how to do it. This played during the credits to every episode.

• The The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episode "Do the Koopa"'s title may reference Do the Mario; "Do the Koopa's" cover song of the same title is also somewhat similar to Do the Mario as well.
