Dark Goombas are tougher versions of normal Goombas that live in the Pit of 100 Trials of Flopside during the events of Super Paper Mario. They have ten HP and can inflict two points of damage to Mario and his allies. They are not really "dark" creatures (in the sense of a Gloomba), just shadow-like Goombas. They are found in the following rooms of the Pit: 001; 002; 003; 008; 016; 056.
