Culex: Matter, antimatter, seer of past, seer of future, consumer of time, and consumer of YOU!

Culex is a fictional character that appeared in Super Mario RPG. He is designed to resemble generic Final Fantasy bosses, since both Super Mario RPG and Final Fantasy are made by Square Enix, but he did not appear in any of the Final Fantasy games. If you defeat him, you'll recieve a Quartz Charm.
