Chill Bully

A giant Bully, Chill Bully has a tie-die blue surface and a single spike on the top of his head (as opposed to the usual black surface and twin horns of normal bullies). He appears in Snowman's Land, Course 10 in Super Mario 64. Here he walks around on an ice platform above a pool of super-cold water, defeating him earns you a Power Star.
