Cavity Calamity is a Microgame found in the IQ folder in WarioWare, Inc.: Minigame Mania
Gameplay
The objective of the game is to move to a small shape when the ceiling falls, go either above or below that will keep the player safe.
In the Grid, a minimum of 10 levels must be beaten to beat this Microgame.
