The Glimmer Bulb Berry is a new power-up for Yoshi in Super Mario Galaxy 2. The Glimmer Bulb Berry gives Yoshi the ability to light up hidden paths, similar to the dark matter in Matter Splatter Galaxy. It seems to have a time limit, much like the Fire Flower.
