Blubi is an important Nimbi from Super Paper Mario.
While trying to find the three orbs in The Overthere, Mario encountered a frozen Nimbi. Bowser melted the ice away with his flame breath, and freed the Nimbi - however, he found himself to have amnesia. Mario continued to speak with him until he finally realized that he was indeed Blubi. Luvbi demanded the Blue Orb, which he soon relinquished and then flew off.
