Inky Sauce.
Inky Sauce is a healing item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. The item can be created by having Zess T. cooking some stuff (see list below). Inky Sauce heals thirty FP, but in Super Paper Mario, it only restored 3 HP, and was sometimes dropped by Bloopers.
