The Macro Mouse was the boss of the Macro Zone in the game Super Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins. His fight is similar to the battle with Morton Koopa Jr. during the events of Super Mario World. The Macro Mouse will run up walls and into pipes, and will eventually crawl to the top of the ceiling and fall straight onto Mario. If the plumber jumps on top of the giant mouse three times, the creature will be defeated. The Macro Mouse will fall off the screen, and Mario will get one of his six golden coins.
