An item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door at the Glitzville Shop for 5 coins. Swaps your HP & FP, not exceeding max.
For example, if Mario has just 5/25 HP but 30/30 FP, and he uses Point Swap, FP will go down to 5 but HP will stop at max, 25.
Cooking
Cooking an item with Point Swap often gives the reverse counterpart. (Ultra Shroom + Point Swap = Jammin Jelly)
