Glad Red Koopa is an enemy found on Vibe Island in the game, Super Princess Peach.
Glad Red Koopas are like regular Red-shelled Koopas, only these ones skip. Nothing much else to note about them.
According to the game's Glossary, Glad Red Koopa is "A koopa Troopa who has learned to jump happily."
