Assist Luma is an orange Luma that will appear in Super Mario Galaxy 2 as a playable character. Assist Luma appears alongside Mario in cooperative mode, in which the second player is able to control him only with the Wii Remote and perform moves such as the spin, including other specials that single players cannot do like picking objects and bring them to Mario.
