In Petal Meadows in the game Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, on the very right-hand side of the area before the bridge there is a cane that pops back up when you hammer it. Hammer it 10 times and the Horsetail will come out. You can do this as many times as you want.
Revives 3 FP. Save one to make Healthy Salad with a Turtley Leaf, found in the nearby town, Petalburg.
Horsetails also appear in the upcoming video game Super Paper Mario for the Wii, where they will restore 7 HP, and cure any poison that Mario or team may have.
