Artwork of Capture Kong from Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis (later used in Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem!)
Capture Kong.

Capture Kongs are gray Mini Donkey Kongs found in Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis and Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again! and in Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem! . If a Mini Mario touches one, the Capture Kong will capture it, and put it in the sack on its back. The player cannot use that Mini Mario anymore, unless a Fire Mini Mario burns the Kong or a Mini Mario hammers it. However, doing this will only stun it temporarily.

Capture Kongs can collect as many Minis as they please, and in fact can end the level in failure if all the Minis are trapped. They walk back and forth across level terrain, including spikes, but cannot jump.
