It is set in and partly outside Wario's Castle which was taken by the Black Sugar Pirates. Wario's objective is to get to the intruders but first he has to get into the castle. The player starts right in front of the building, but it can not be entered since the draw bridge is risen. The hidden treasure of this level is located in a place beneath the Goal Door. The player has to have Wario assume his flat-form in order to reach it. While in this state the player should let Wario jump off the ledge to the right of the stone carrying D-Bat and try to glide through the lowest of the three small gaps in the wall. There Wario can be reverted to normal and play the treasure minigame.
