Podler.
Podler is a bean guy that looks exactly like Podley, in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. He is the manager of the Glitzville Fresh Juice Shop. He is a great fan of Hammers. He gives Mario a present from Toadette, which happens to be the Super Hammer AKA, the HAMMAWACK 2005.
He might be the brother of Podley even, since they look exactly the same. Also note that Herb T. looks a bit like Podley, however is a Toad.
Goombella's tattle tells you that he's a HUGE fan of hammers.
