Granted, I haven't played any of these games aside from '' | Granted, I haven't played any of these games aside from ''Mario Tennis Aces'', but these different Special Shots seem to have different mechanics behind them, with the only major similarity being that they're special moves unique to each character in sports games, a trait they share with [[Power Shot]]s from ''Mario Power Tennis'', [[Star Skill]]s from the baseball games, [[Super Strike]]s and [[Mega Strike]]s from the ''Strikers'' games, etc. With ''[[Mario Golf: Super Rush]]'' coming out in a month and it having its own version of Special Shots, I think it's best we decide this now. {{User:7feetunder/sig}} 18:41, May 26, 2021 (EDT) | ||

Granted, I haven't played any of these games aside from Mario Tennis Aces, but these different Special Shots seem to have different mechanics behind them, with the only major similarity being that they're special moves unique to each character in sports games, a trait they share with Power Shots from Mario Power Tennis, Star Skills from the baseball games, Super Strikes and Mega Strikes from the Strikers games, etc. With Mario Golf: Super Rush coming out in a month and it having its own version of Special Shots, I think it's best we decide this now.
