An Ultra Shroom is an item found in the Paper Mario series that heals fifty HP. They are found randomly throughout the Mushroom Kingdom (and the greater Mushroom World, and are rarely for sale. In the Underground Shop in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Mario can purchase Ultra Shrooms for two hundred Coins each.
Though they heal a lot of HP, Ultra Shrooms aren't the most valuable shrooms in the series. To get the most valuable, mix an Ultra Shroom with a Jammin' Jelly at Zess T. or Tayce T.'s house to create the Jelly Ultra.
