A Yellow Apple is an item in Super Paper Mario. Found on a tree a tree in Overthere Stair, it restores 5 HP and cures poison. Mario and Co. thought this might have been the taboo fruit to wake up Princess Peach. They fed one to her, and she woke up at once, wondering what was going on. Then, the true effect of the apple activated, causing Peach to grow a mustache. The effect wore off immediately, and Peach went back to sleep, as if nothing happened.

Found on a tree reached by flipping into 3D next to the sign to the right of the "49" symbol in Overthere Stair, the Yellow Apple restores 5 HP and cures poison. If the player tries feeding Peach this apple, she wakes up from the deep sleep caused by the Golden Apple and wonders what's happening. Then, suddenly, she grows a mustache. A few seconds later the effect wears off, the mustache disappears, and she goes back to sleep.
