Eight | Eight Red Coins are scattered around Gelato Beach's coral reef, which is located behind the [[Surf Cabana]] on the opposite side of the beach from where the player starts. Six of the Red Coins are placed within the reef itself, whereas the other two are grouped with a school of red fish. If the school scatters into a rock or the ground, the Red Coin will disappear with them, though the group will return elsewhere after a few seconds.
