In ''[[Super Smash Bros.]]'', if a character picked it up, he or she would be healed 100% points of damage. This does not mean, however, that the player would be fully healed. It simply takes off 100% damage. For example, if a character had 150% and picked one up, theyir damage meter would decrease to 50% damage.
