The ''Mario Kart 8 Deluxe'' European Championship 2023 continued with an on-site tournament between the 24 players who qualified in the online rounds. The tournament featured two semi-finals and a grand final, each with 12 races set on preselected courses. The 24 competitors of this tournament were split into groups of 12, each group competing in one of the semi-final rounds. The 6 best ranking players by the end of a semi-final advanced to the grand final.
