== Unused Images ==
Images are commonly found unused, but we need to give the original uploaders a chance to use them before deleting them. Thus, we have a special system:

#See [[Special:Unusedimages]], but do '''NOT''' delete them right away. Smiley images are excused among a few others; + images are glitches, ignore them.
#If the image is not an exception, tag {{tem|unused}} with the time as a lone variable: <tt><nowiki>{{unused|14:30, 20 January 2008}}</nowiki></tt>
#Contact the ''original'' uploader for each image, sometimes multiple images will have been uploaded at the same time by the same user.
#Use [[Special:NukeDPL]] daily to check for images, tagged with {{tem|unused}}, and no edits to the page in 7 days using this:

I ''BELIEVE'' lastrevisionbefore is correct &ndash; taking only those articles whose last edits were before the specified time, which has been modified from the current time using the {{#time}} ParserFunction to reflect a week ago, USA ET. I won't be sure until I try it for the first time.
