The '''Feather Cup''' is a [[cup]] that appears in ''[[Mario Kart 8 Deluxe]]'' as part of the [[Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass|Booster Course Pass]] DLC. It is the first of two cups in the fifth wave of the DLC, being released alongside the [[Cherry Cup]], the ninth cup of the pass overall, and the twenty-first cup of the game overall. It features three [[classic course]]s and a [[new course]] called [[Squeaky Clean Sprint]], making it the third cup in the pass to feature a new course, after the [[Propeller Cup]] and the [[Fruit Cup]]. The emblem of the cup is a [[Cape Feather]].

*In the [[Mario Kart 8 Deluxe#Pre-release and unused content|game's data]], the filenames for {{classic-link|GCN|Daisy Cruiser}} and [[Squeaky Clean Sprint]] all imply that they were originally set for different placements in the pass (the second course of the [[Boomerang Cup]] and the fourth course of the [[Cherry Cup]] respectively). Internal data also suggests that {{classic-link|GBA|Sunset Wilds}} (which is the second course of the [[Cherry Cup]] in the final version) suggests that it was intended to be the third course of this cup.
