The '''Dark Sproing-Oing''' is an enemy in ''[[Super Paper Mario]]'' found only in the [[Flopside Pit of 100 Trials]] (rooms 32 and 44). Just like every other enemy in the pit, they are colored pitch black. Their attack pattern is similar to that of the other members of the [[Sproing-Oing]] family: they bounce around, trying to land on [[Mario]] and co.'s head. They also split into three smaller Dark Sproing-Oings when defeated. However, if enough damage is dealt in one hit, they will not split. They are the strongest kind of Sproing-Oing.
