This level can only be accessed after the player finds the secret exit in {{world-link|7|tower|World 7-Tower (New Super Mario Bros. Wii)}}. In this autoscrolling level, there are [[Para-Beetle]]s and [[Heavy Para-Beetle]]s, and the level has no [[Checkpoint Flag|midway point]]. Clearing the level creates a path leading directly to [[World 7-Castle (New Super Mario Bros. Wii)|World 7-Castle]], as well as a second path that leads into the castle, in a room near the boss door.
