I'm using Photoshop and running actions that move to the next frame. It's actually kind of tedious to set up but once the actions are changed to match the sheet it generates the animation in one click. A dedicated program does sound easier, may I ask what program? I uploaded the rest of the bosses that are currently available anyway.
