I have noticed that the first part of the page saying that the "courses are based on their designs from Mario Kart Tour" has been altered. Considering these courses are currently not in Tour, most people, if not everyone, figured out over the time that all the tracks use their Tour designs from that game as they are ported from here, even if Nintendo decides to release these courses first into 8DX and keep them unreleased in Tour.
