On the Rio 2016 official blog, http://www.rio2016.com/blog/en/ there are screenshots including the stadium, showing the flags.
It seems that Vector, Metal Sonic and Mii (if you look closely) are confirmed. UPDATE: Sadly other screenshots including this are removed. Infinite8 10:12, 5 June 2015 (EDT)
