I found a thing that appears to be a glitch, in World 3-3. In the area with the lot of Bloopers and Blooper Nannies and the Star Coin, if you get a Super Star from the Roulette Block, the Blooper Nannies will flash as if they were under the effects of a Starman before releasing the Blooper Babies.
