The '''Snow Tour''' was the thirty-eighth tour of ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]'', which began on February 24, 2021 and ended on March 9, 2021. This tour featured the return of [[Wii DK Summit|DK Summit]] from ''[[Mario Kart Wii]]'' as a new [[classic course]], while also introducing [[Penguin Mario|Penguin Toad]] from ''[[New Super Mario Bros. Wii]]'' as a playable driver in the first week spotlight along with Penguin Luigi. [[Princess Peach|Peach (Wintertime)]] and [[Wario|Wario (Hiker)]] also made a comeback for the second week spotlight. Starting with this tour, the ranked tier cap was increased to 70, the skill level of drivers, karts, and gliders can now be raised up to 7, and Normal drivers at level 7 can now get upgraded special skills. The tour also introduced a Kart Pro event, which challenges players to score three consecutive wins in Standard Races or Gold Races in the Multiplayer mode, and Premium Challenges, purchasable challenge cards which contain rewards like drivers, karts, gliders, rubies, and tickets. This was the first tour to have two special pipes. The menu's background featured the snowboarding Donkey Kong statue from DK Summit as the landmark of this tour.

This was the first tour to reuse a Big Reverse Race bonus challenge.
