Mr. Moon's appearance is based on that of an anthropomorphic moon. He only appears during the night, flying in the sky and spitting shooting stars at [[Wario]] that trigger [[Electric Wario]] if touched, causing him to recoil backwards. Mr. Moon appears in [[The Vast Plain]] and [[The Colossal Hole]]. In the latter, if Wario is below the sky, Mr. Moon does not pursue him. In the daytime, he is replaced by the [[sun (Wario Land 3)|sun]].
