The English announcer or the announcer [[Toad (species)|Toad]] is voiced by {{wp|Jack Merluzzi|Jack Merluzzi}}, who also narrates ''[[fzerowiki:F-Zero GX|F-Zero GX]]'', a [[Nintendo GameCube|GameCube]] game, and ''{{fandom|nintendo|FAST Racing NEO}}'', a [[Wii U]] game (see ''FAST Racing NEO'' Credits {{fandom|nintendo|FAST Racing NEO/credits|here}}). Except for CPU players, in a multiplayer race, he also says the player number of the kart ranges from 1 to 4, before saying the character name, except during the driver introductions. Some quotes here are also taken from the second game, although altered a bit.
