Grunts are heavy enemies found in Wario Land II. They appear as helmet wearing apes. Grunts walk around and throw spiked balls at Wario that will hurt the greedy man and cause him to lose Coins if he touches a ball. They seem to be equipped with an endless amount of spiked balls. They are classified as heavy enemies, so Wario's speed and jumping distance will decrease when he picks one up and carries it around. Apart from that, Grunts can be defeated like other enemies in the game.
