'''Wario Stadium''' is the first race course of the [[Star Cup]] in ''[[Mario Kart 64]]''. It is the second longest race in the game (only behind [[N64 Rainbow Road|Rainbow Road]]). According to the manual, [[Wario]] himself designed and built this track, making it his home track in the game. Wario Stadium shares its music with [[N64 Luigi Raceway|Luigi Raceway]], [[N64 Mario Raceway|Mario Raceway]] and [[N64 Royal Raceway|Royal Raceway]]. It is the first Wario-themed course in the ''[[Mario Kart (series)|Mario Kart]]'' series.

The track contains several sharp turns and a series of hills and bumps. Wario Stadium is the only track in the series to include a jump which, if failed to clear, will set the player back a good quarter of the track; the jump on [[SNES Mario Circuit 2|Mario Circuit 2]] sets the player back only a fifth of the track. In later ''Mario Kart'' titles, failing to make these kinds of jumps will have [[Lakitu]] bring the player back to the start of the jump.
