'''Starkisses''' are a type of [[starfish]] which are fought during ''[[Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga]]''. They are orange and are capable of standing upright. Starkisses are found in the [[Oho Ocean Seabed]]. They attack by blowing a kiss at [[Mario]] and [[Luigi]], which takes the form of a small heart. If a Starkiss folds its arms and head inward before performing this attack, it is targeting Luigi; but if not, the victim is Mario. The heart travels slowly toward either brother, its path curving along the way. Mario and Luigi must [[Jump]] on it to counter the attack. If hit, the brother takes minimal damage, but there is a small chance the kiss will poison the target or affect his [[POW-Down|attack power]], [[DEF-Down|defense]], or [[SPD-Down|speed]].
