I cannot add a rule. They are to be formatted exactly as regular proposals, as I said in my proposal was to keep all rules of normal proposals. I'm sorry if this is not the case; many of the "OVERTIME" proposals were never formatted correctly and thus never fixed. I tried to fix a few, but I was unable to do all. As far as archiving goes, you can view two examples of archived talk page proposals [[Talk:Elemental Crystals|here]] and [[Talk:Durmite|there]].
