:Hi, I unknowingly added a few of these back to their categories, not realizing there was a proposal about this. Sorry about that. The discussion pages for the various lookalike categories were mostly empty and I only realized I had rolled back on previous users' edits when two of mine were tagged as manual reverts. I'm not very familiar with how proposals are done here so it took me a while to find this page. I'm also completely new to using talk pages, so you'll have to bear with me here. | |||
:Can someone direct me to the breakdown where all of this is explained? I think it would be good if the category pages themselves made it clear what exactly qualifies as a "lookalike". I don't really see the issue with a clone also being considered a lookalike, or with characters like Luigi, [[Wario]], [[Waluigi]], or the [[Koopa Zombie]]s being included, as the categories are quite small and don't seem likely to become overly cluttered to me. Also, to what extent can inanimate objects be considered lookalikes? [[:Category:Bowser lookalikes]] contains several statues, including ones that don't move at all, so should the [[Papercraft]] versions of characters from [[Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam|Paper Jam]] count as well? | |||
