'''Harhall''', also known as '''Bleetch''', is a master fashion stylist and tailor. He invented a new way of art (actually a way to color clothing) known as [[Splart]] in the game ''[[Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga]]'', his only appearance. Harhall at one point got a hold of a piece of the [[Beanstar]] and decided that he'd only give it to his best employee. Harhall seemed nice (and therefore attracted many workers) until he got angry, as he had quite a temper. Nobody could take the challenge of working under his command until the Mario Bros. came along. They defeated Harhall at the Splart minigame, and left with a Beanstar Piece.  They won the minigame by having Mario fill up with water and having Luigi hit him on the head with his hammer,which sends a water ball sending foward at their target(s). The Bros. could also optionally return and made every Splart combination possible under Harhall's oversee. The reward for this optional sidequest was [[Clothing|Harhall Jeans]].
