It can be purchased at [[Pungent]]'s Shop and [[Keelhaul Key]] for fifteen [[coin]]s and [[Northwinds Mart|Fahr Outpost]] for six coins. The item produces a cold storm that attacks all enemies. An Ice Storm deals three damage to all enemies (unless the enemy is ice based), and may possibly [[Frozen|freeze]] them. If used against fire based enemies, it deals an extra damage point and has a higher chance of freezing them. If used against ice based enemies, the enemies will gain [[Heart Point|HP]]. Ice Storm can also be cooked by mixing a [[Fire Flower]] and a [[Point Swap]].
