'''Samantha''' is a non-playable character who appears in ''[[Mario Tennis: Power Tour]]''. She is the secretary of the [[Royal Tennis Academy]]'s [[Headmaster]].  She has blonde hair and wears glasses, which she is frequently adjusting. She also wears a white blouse with a black jacket and skirt. Throughout the "Power Tour" mode, she is seen following the Headmaster. When the Headmaster brings [[Clay]] and [[Ace]] to the [[Island Open]], she attends. When the Headmaster gets caught on fire upon entering the gates of the Island Open, Samantha pours a bucket of water on him, extinguishing the fire. After Clay and Alex obtain access to [[Mario World]] and win the championship, Samantha is found in the Headmaster's Office, along with the Headmaster and [[Alex]]. Samantha can also be found if reading the [[Glossary (Mario Tennis: Power Tour)|Glossary]] to the player.
