The Prima website is now cooperating with me and I could check the DKCTF guide. It seems that "Yellow Snaggles" (with capital "Y") is indeed consistently treated as the enemy's proper name: it is rendered as such within the enemy's bio (outside of the bio's heading) as well as in the [[Panicky Paddles]] walkthrough tab, which states: "''Drop into the juice at point 3 and scoop up all of the nearby bananas to reveal a Puzzle Piece. Unfortunately, the patrolling Yellow Snaggles makes it fairly difficult to complete this seemingly simple task.
