As its name indicates, the kart is a red and black variant of the [[Offroader]] with a maroon seat, a white flag, gray horns, and pink shock absorbers. Unlike the Offroader and akin to the [[Brown Offroader]] and [[Yellow Offroader]], it uses red versions of the [[Koopa King]]'s tires, resembling the kart's original tires from ''Mario Kart Wii''. Also unlike the Offroader, this kart increases the duration of [[Slipstream]] speed boosts and the number of points earned for performing Slipstreams.
