I'll be honest here: the subject of ban length was brought up in the community discord and the topic naturally spilled over to TTA's ban. Agreeing with the notion that 2 weeks may be a little too lengthy as a first time ban for a well-meaning veteran contributor, I (''too'') quickly made the decision to lower it without really consulting anyone beside the one other sysop that was in the room at the time. When I came back this morning, other admins pointed out to me that [[MarioWiki:Blocking policy]] states 2 weeks for the exact scenario at hand and that you had been given the full two weeks ban for it. | |||
