Rec Room (Super Mario 64 DS): Difference between revisions

The '''Rec Room''' is a very special area found inside [[Princess Peach's Castle]] that is execute to  ''[[Super Mario 64 DS|the DS remake of Super Mario 64]] ''. This room, located in the second floor to the right wing, features a drawer of colorful boxes, every one containing a [[minigame]] that the heroes, [[Mario]], [[Yoshi]], [[Luigi]] and [[Wario]] reveal as they catch the [[Rabbit]]s running around the castle, holding the [[key]]s that open the drawer's boxes, after talking to [[Toad (species)|Toad]] in that room. A Toad looks after the room and hosts the minigames whenever the player wants to play in the Rec Room. Each character has 9 minigames. Two are for the characters themselves and the other seven are unlocked by catching rabbits, making it a total of 36. The room contains other things like a piano, some [[Koopa Shell]]s, [[Block]]s, [[Bob-omb]] toys and [[Power Star|Stars]] around, and a [[Mushroom]]-styled table near the entrance of the room. Most minigames in Super Mario 64 DS are reused in ''[[New Super Mario Bros.]]'' There is also the painting of the course [[Sunshine Isles]], and in the back of the Rec Room is the door to [[Peach's Bedroom]], which contains the entrance to the [[Goomboss Battle]] portrait, where one of [[Luigi]]'s rabbits is located.
