I thought "King" Bowser was just the leader of the Koopa Troop, since some Koopas (Koops, Kooper, Kolorado) and other "enemies" (Goombario, Watt, etc.) aren't directly in Bowser's control. [[User:Maxlover2|Max2]]

Yeah. Koops refers to him as "King Bowser" in The Thousand Yead Door, meaning that while he is indeed the King of all Koopas, not all of them serve him. And I think Count Bleck should be in this category. After all, when he was Blumiere he was the Prince of the Tribe Darkness. [[User:King Boo|The King of Spooks]]
