| There was also a mode added on December 10th, 2020 that allowed players to race while being able to throw infinite Green Shells. While there's no footage of it, it's called, "Midori Koura All-You-Can-Throw."

| Just noting that the Japanese version of this game has been updated very ahead of the international version. A new update just released today, having Bowser Jr. and Waluigi becoming playable from the start. Wario was previously an unlockable character, until the December 10, 2020 update. And the King Boo inclusion in the starting roster (after limited-time event) hasn't been noted yet.
